Operator integration guide#
This guide covers the basics of becoming an operator on the platform. A short overview of the steps to take is provided below, and for each step a separate section on this page is provided.
Scope of this guide
This guide is mainly focused around the technical aspects of an operator integration. Other aspects, such as topics surrounding the support structure, are not covered in detail. However, your account manager is always ready to assist you during the process and point to useful resources.

Register for the platform#
Reach out to us if you are interested in becoming an operator. Once the integration process starts, you will be appointed an account manager and stay in touch with our partner desk.
Soon, you will receive credentials that give you access to the test mode of the platform. This way, you can log in, explore the platform and try things out. Using these credentials, you can create test mode API credentials. These are useful for testing any API integrations you build.
Integrate the API#
You are now ready to start integrating the API into your own CRM and infrastructure. In order to successfully onboard your partners, you should at least be able to:
- Create a new partner through the API
- Retrieve monthly billing information through the API and send an invoice
Set up a support structure#
Reach out to the partner desk
You will need to provide your partners with support. Undoubtedly questions will arise: who is responsible for handling which support flows? What to do if there are questions about products or services from vendors on the platform? How should end customers end up at support?
Our partner desk has a lot of experience and will gladly walk you through the options and start planning ahead. You can reach out to them through your account manager or our contact page.
Deployment#
Once everything is ready, tested and you are confident the first partner can be onboarded within
your operator, your account manager will arrange live mode credentials to be sent to you. Now,
configure your system to interact with the live credentials and we should be good to go!
